Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, you may still return the item upon receipt, and we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.

14-Day Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• slightly used and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return:
Please email us at support@faballura.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (for most U.S. orders) along with instructions for returning your item. For non-defective items, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking fee
We do not charge (No Cost) any restocking fees on returns. You’ll receive a full refund  once your return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Certain personal care products (e.g., beauty and hygiene items)

Exchanges
Yes, We  accept exchanges, 

International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
Customers outside the U.S. may also return items within 14 days of delivery, where applicable. However, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
