The starter acne treatment system is a 30-day introductory size of Proactiv Solution 3-Step regimen to help ease your skin into your new acne care program. As you incorporate Proactiv into your regular routine, you should begin to see visible changes to your skin in the weeks ahead. In the first week, your skin is acclimating to the Proactiv acne treatment. You may experience some dryness, slight flaking, and irritation in these early days. This is totally normal. As with any acne product, be sure to use a sunscreen of at least SPF 30 every day to protect your skin. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, you may still return the item upon receipt, and we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.
14-Day Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- slightly used and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (for most U.S. orders) along with instructions for returning your item. For non-defective items, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
