Details: Color Oops Extra Conditioning Hair Color Remover and Protein Kit Bundle is an easy and effective way to reverse undesirable hair color and repair dry or processed hair. Free from bleach and ammonia, our formula removes hair dye by shrinking dye molecules, allowing you to simply wash them away. Made with aloe vera and soy protein, the hair color remover nourishes and hydrates hair follicles to rebuild and restructure processed hair. Our hair color corrector is ideal for dry, brittle hair that has been colored with a regular, oxidative (mixed with developer) dye. Not formulated to remove direct-application dyes or bold shades, such as pinks, blues, greens or purples. Does not reverse bleaching. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, you may still return the item upon receipt, and we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.
14-Day Return Policy (U.S. Customers)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- slightly used and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return:

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (for most U.S. orders) along with instructions for returning your item. For non-defective items, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Restocking fee
